children- John,Mary,Margaret,Francis,Annie,Joseph L.(my grandfather),Hugh,Ellen,
James,Patrick, Lena.
Hugh left brother,Owen to run there wool business in Stuartstown.
Looking for decendants or ancestors.
Have 100's of relatives in Phila. area.

I have a John McKee in my family tree. I know his father was from Ireland and that they settled in Phila. I know he had a sister called Margaret and there may also have been a Francis. In any case, there were many siblings. I hope this can be of some help.

my name is helen (from Australia) and i am researching my husbands family tree (mckees) from ireland however i have found a john mckee who lives in philly and has been searching for mckees also. his great grandfather john mckee was born in richill ireland and migrated to the USA in around 1887 on his own apparently. john mckees father name was william i think. john mc kee returned to ireland in 1926 to visit his family. i have only just been in contact with the "living" john for a few weeks as i found his info on the internet but he has been searching for 25 years!! could these be the relies who are connected to you.

i am also researching the mckees as my husbands relatives are mc kees so if it is not too much trouble would you pass the info onto me and i will pass it on to john mckee. we are trying to establish if john and us are related and a few mc kees came to australia in the 1880's
