I am searching for all GRESHAMs and GREENs that existed in New Kent, King William, King & Queen and Orange county, between 1655 and 1870.

Any information on these two families would be greatly appreciated.

Roberta Gresham b1805-7 and husband Henry Street raised
5 childen in Essex Co VA. They were George W b1830,Ann S
b1834, Martha J b1838, Fannie B b1842, William H b1844.Can you help me find the parents of Roberta Gresham? Doubt if there is any New Kent Co connection.

Camilla Green b1846 is also an ancestor of our family Her Caroline Co antecedents were Eldred b1798, George b1769,
Richard Green d1812.

Roberta Gresham was the sister to my Frances J. Gresham who married John Walker Street, brother of Henry Street. Their children were Marion who married William C. Hundley, Elizabeth who married John Thurston, Jane who married Stiff and Napolean Bonapart Street. I believe the Greshams were from King & Queen Co., Va.. As you, I am also searching for the Gresham parents.

It seems the Gresham sisters married the Street brothers.
Is the father of John Walker Street(d1864) and Henry Street(d1871) the
Henry Street who d1835 in Essex Co) and was he married to Lucy Chowning of Middlesex Co Va.?

Can you tell me where Axolls Swamp,was or is located.

My ancestor Edward Gresham died there in 1804. Looking for information on his family and this area.

I believe you mean, Exol Swamp. This is located in King & Queen Co., Va. There were many Greshams that lived in this county.
