Hello, I'm looking for information on a Stephen Emm born January 25, 1895. his wife's name was Anna Pfeiffer born June 11, 1899. Both are said to have been born in Budapest. My problem in researching them is that the last name Emm seems to have originally been longer, and I do not know what it could have been. If anyone has any idea what it could've been, or any suggestions as to what I can do next, they would be greatly appreciated.

According to Stephen's World War I draft card, he was born in Osly, Austria.

On 26 Oct 1910, on the SS Chicago, Istvan Emm, whose last residence is Bakonyoszlop, is travelling to Newark, NJ to see his father, John Emm. Istvan (Stephen) gives his birthplace as Bakonyoszlop.

In the 1920 Census in Newark, Anna's father, Michael Pfeiffer is living with her and Stephen. Anna says she emigrated in 1911, Michael in 1905.

On 25 Jun 1912, on the SS Rotterdam, Anna Pfeiffer, from Bereghanyfalva?, leaves father, Mihaly Pfeiffer in Bereghanyfalva?, coming to South River, NJ to see her brother-in-law, Johann Knoblock. Her birthplace is Andrasfalva? This may or may not be Anna Pfeiffer, the wife of Stephen Emm.
