Jennifer,

The Master Surname Index (not online) (mostly burials in Alberta cemeteries) of the Alberta Genealogical Society does not lists a Aguilla Hannah.

Landonville was about 15 miles south of Elk Point on todays Alberta map.
Members of the AGS have transcribed and recorded all known cemeteries in the area. However some of these cemeteries have unknown burials.

Hello Jennifer.
Landonville was a small community north of Clandonald.
The community hall that was the school is still there.
I have a few relatives that still live in the Landonville area.
If I can help with any info please let me know.

Ken

I was wondering if anyone may have any tips for me on finding any good information on Landonville. I have access to a Landonville Trails book, but was wondering if anyone might know how to find more specific information on any McDonald's that were there from around the late 1880's to 1940's.

Any help you could be would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, Always important to enter the Surnames of Interest in Capital Letters on the Subject line.

Do you have any Given names -for the McDONALD family - any married into's etc

Have you searched the 1901/1906/1911/1916 Census = for family given names. It may may your research easier.
Cheers, Stella

Hi, It is important to enter surnames of Interest in Capital Leters on the subject line.
Makes finding the corect message much easier to located at another time. Otherwise the thread of the messages get intermingled with other research.
