Looking for information on John Coleman died between 1940-1945. Lived and worked in Cambridge at the Riverside Press. Wife was named Katherine and I think he had 2 children, Virginia and John. He was born 1897 in Brooklyn NY.

1946 Catherine widow of John P, clerk 9 Lawrence
some times they have the date of death but not the case here. It narrows it down a bit.
I found in the SSI a John J. Coleman b.Jan.7, 1889 d. March 19, 1945 S.S.No. 015-20-1832 Mass. but does not give the town. It was the only one in that time period. Maaybe he did not collect SS. The directory's skip yrs on line but maybe you could get more info from the Cambridge Library.

Thank you Tina. I was told he lived at Lawrence Street so it is him. Depending when the directories are published he died between 1944 and 1945. He was my Grandmother's brother and she died in July 1945. In her obit he is not mentioned so I believe he died before she did. Thanks again
