Myrtle J. Reasnor
Steele, 91, of Kinta died 23 Dec. 1998 at her home in Kinta. Services were held at the Kinta First
Baptist Church. Burial was at
Sans Bois Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Roy Perryman,
Audy Hubbard, Kenneth
Whitehead, Terry Reasnor, Steve Reasnor,
Willis Reasnor, Joe Reasnor, Jerry Reasnor, Gary Reasnor, James Reasnor, Bobby
Richison, Kenneth Reasnor and Jimmy
Richison. Steele was born 15 Aug. 1907 to
Cornelius Jackson "Jack" and Mary (
Wortham) Reasnor at Kinta. She married Carl Franklin
Steele on 20 Aug. 1927. She is survived by two daughters, Mary Joe
Westbrooks and husband, S.J. of
Stigler, Erleen Long and husband, Leon of Sallisaw, on son, Mike
Steele and wife, Sharon of
Spiro, two brothers, Kenneth Reasnor of
Oklahoma City, Lucion Reasnor of
Drumright, eight grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by one son,
Carlton C. Steele, three brothers,
Doyle, Alvin and C.J. Reasnor, and two sisters, Ethel and Velma
Richison.
