I found an online database with marriage of Joseph Hormidas Plante and Malvina Chevalier. This marriage was said to have occurred Sept. 30, 1879 at St. Leon le Grand, Maskinonge, Quebec. No source was provided. Can someone tell me where to find this information and possibly birth or Baptism information? These are my husband's great-great grandparents.

Malvina and Hermon Plante were my husband's great great grandparents. I have further information about this family if you are interested.

It appears from Palmer, MA vitals that Malvina married 2nd, someone named ?? Picar. Palmer Vital records show marriage between Malvina (chevalier) Picar and Eleazer Bernard.

Hello. Malvina is my GG Grandmother. I have just received word from St Anne's Church in Three Rivers MA that Malvina was indeed married to Elzear Bernard on Aprli 28 1910. Elzear Bernard was from Bondsville MA. He had a 20 yr old daughter named Flora living with him at the time. Malvina was found in the Ludlow MA census living alone working in a Jute Mill as Baler. She died on JAnuary 4 1926 in New Haven CT. The Church records also indicate she may have been married to another man by the name of Picard before she married Elzear Bernard. The name is listed as one of her last names. Her birth name was Malvina Chevalier, She married my gg Grandfather Hormidas, then possibly a Picard, could that have taken place in Canada or the states? I don't know! I have no knowledge of Hormidas ever making it into the US. Making her marriage to Elzear her third (?) marriage. She married my gg grandfather Hormidas (Herman) in Canada. Muskinonge , Quebec.
Are you related to the Delphine Lambert listed as Hormidas' mother by any chance? Any informatin you have to share woudl be greatly appreciated. I am sharing information with Leah Smith as she shares w/ me. We are cousins through her husband and my mother. My mother is the daughter of Malvina's granson Arthur Joseph JR. Born 1905 passed 1980.

We have a marriage date of April 28, 1910 in Three Rivers MA 01080 for Malvina Chevalier Plante to an Elzear Bernard from Bondsville MA. I have a death date of Jan 4,1926 in New Haven CT listed for her as well. The Church St. Anne's in Three Rivers MA who's cemetery she rests has a record of her burial and she is listed under Malvina Chevalier Plante Picard Bernard. Although she is buried with my Great Grandfather her son Arthur J. PLante Sr. as Malvina Plante.1885-1926
