I noticed the spelling of your surname to be the same as my grandmother's. Her name was Elizabeth Steel McLellan (b. 189?, Stevenston or Saltcoats) who married Thomas Forsyth McLachlan (around 1920) and lived in Saltcoats, Ayrshire, Scotland.
