My ancestors, Nels and Jorgina (Green) Voldeng lived in the Newfolden and Argyle areas of Marshall County. They were friends with people by the name of Solem/Solum. I have several old pictures that I would like to pass on to the descendants of these people. Some of the names are Albert Raymond Solem, Alma Solem and Mabel Solem

Not sure if you're still querying on this same thing as it's been so long. I actually was very good friends with one of the Solem sisters, as they've been called. Marian died suddenly last fall, but she was the keeper of the genealogy for the family. I would be able to give you her daughter's # if you're interested.
