None of the Reisinger names you sent me are in my family tree. Doris Reisinger's parents were Benjamin and Minnie Reisinger. I am very surprised to learn Cuyahoga county is not on your CD. My ggg-grandparents were Valentine Cook and Isabel (or Isabella?) Frazer (multiple spellings! Frasier/Fraser). Family records indicate that they were married 20 May 1821, apparently in Franklin County, MO, but maybe in a surrounding county - Jefferson, Washington, or St. Louis area. He is my big brick wall. I have searched for this, but have had no luck. I appreciate anything you find! Thanks!

and Valentine Cook married Ann Williams Macon Co, MO 6 6 1839, they are the only two found on 3 diff cd's and I found no Isabell, Isabel, Isabella Fraser/Frasier/Frazer/Frazier in MO records

Thank you anyway! Yes, I have census records showing him as head-of-household in 1830 (Wash. Co. - Liberty Twnshp) and her as head-of-household in 1850 (that census states that she was born in SC). I NEED the 1840 census so I can narrow his death date. I also have his 1820s land patent for the same location.

I have 3 land patents for Isabel's father, Alexander Frazer, for his land in Franklin County. They had moved from SC to Cahokia, IL, to Franklin Co., MO during the early 1800s (with the Gibson family and the Hearsts).

I wish I could hit-on something solid -- I only know of 2 others who are researching him and he is their wall too.

There was no Vincent West marrying a Smith, only Vincent West married in 1816 doesn't match your info

I do have the birth index disc, do you have childrens names, of any of them, inclubing your Vincent West and Carrie Smith, I could try that way. On this cd there are no West or Spencer marriage records in Marshall Co, Indiana,(for later dates) and I don't know the county in OH,. Nothng on cd 403,

I am trying to find out what my g-grandmother's maiden name is for sure. I have two death certificates, one of her husband's and one of one of her sons. #1 my g-grandfather (husband) William Ross Peas. b. 6/5/1844 d. 2/19/1921. It state that he was born in Indiana. It said that his mother's name was Dian from Indiana.Then there isone for my gandfather, DeWitt Pease My grandfather's death certificate b. 11/27/1888 d. 12/16/1972 states that his mother's name is Mollie Kirkey from Indiana. If Molly Kirkey is my g-grandmother's name is there a chance that you could find the marriage of her and my g-grandfather, WilliamRoss Peas? Since their marriage the family has added an "e" on the end of the name, " Pease". I don't know where in Indiana that they may have gotten married. Good luck in finding this out for me......Jackie

Would you please look up the marriage of Dennis Higgins and Mary Unknown in Kentucky. They were most likely married prior to 1853, when their son John was born (in Kentucky). FYI - I know that Dennis was born approximately 1810 in Ireland. Mary was born in Ireland about 1830.

Does the fact that "my" Dennis and Mary were not listed on the 3 cd's mean that they were not married in IL, IN, KY, OH, or TN?

You are welcome and no it does not mean they werent' married there, some of the cd's don't have all of the counties, or keep in mind, some courthouses burned and all those records were lost, so don't quit looking.

If you knew a possible county that helps, or what that counties name was at a certain time, because as you know they changed boundaries a lot.

Thank you for your time. I am looking for a marriage in KY for James Albert Hall and Martha Ann Webster (could be Louise Webster). Educated guess they married 1874/75 give or take a couple of years. If I had to guess a county it would be Shelby first and then Jefferson or Oldham. Thanks again for this invaluable service for all of the genealogy addicts out in cyber space.
