looking for any relatives of Nicoulea Staunciu and Sofia ( Muntean)Staunciu of Hunadora,Riscutia,Romania
moved to usa in 1904 or 1907
usa changed the spelling from Staunciu to
their children were:
August Staunciu, George Staunciu, Livu Staunciu, Florence Turjan, Ann Pacurar, Katherine Harbada,Livia Costar

Hi Marie,

Was Sofia by any chance related to a Nick Muntean who married Florence Popa who settled in Western PA? If so, I have reason to believe that Sofia is a relative of my great-grandfather!
