I am looking for any information on my cousin Harold Simmons & his wife Neva. They are both buried in Upper Alton cemetery. I have found a 1999 obit. for Neva online listing the names for their childern Carol Thompson of Alton & Owen Ogden in CT. It didn't have any submitter info attached to it & I have not been able to find anymore information on Carol or Owen. I would appreciate any information on them or any of the Simmons families from the Alton area.

Its me again, Vicki McCauley :) I saw your posting and did a check for a Carol Thompson in Alton on Ancestry.com - there was a Carol Thompson (b. 1934) listed with a Wilbur Thompson living in Alton.
I did a check on the SSDI and there is a Wilbur L Thompson who died in 1996 (Alton), but no listing for a Carol Thompson for the Alton (or Madison Co.) area, so its possible Carol still may be living and can be contacted.
