Mellenville Cemetery Location and information needed

We are making a trip in a couple of days, and will be going through NY and I would like to see some of the places my ancestors lived and where they were buried. I have an ancestor named Estella Bundy Hover, who was buried in Mellenville Cemetery, but I can't find any information on the internet on this cemetery. It isn't listed with switchboard or google. I am wondering if it is still in operation. I would love to be able to contact whoever is in charge of this cemetery to see if I can locate my ancestors burial places. I would like to have a phone number if possible.Thanks.

Just Google Mellenville Union and you'll find info. Have fun.

Mellenville Union Cemetery is located on Route 217 east of Hudson, NY. It currently is being used and an association takes care of it. The Town of Claverack would have more information. I've forgotten if Mellenville was incorporated as a village. If you're traveling east from Hudson, the entrance is just past Speed's Garage on the left. There is a creek on the right-hand side. If you go to far, you come to a Y in the road and the road starts to go uphill.

I grew uphill from Mellenville in Philmont.

Thanks for the info. I am wondering if the Mellenville Union Cemetery is the one I am looking for. The one I was told of doesn't have the word union in it. Is this the same cemetery? Thanks.
