I can find Nels in the census up to 1920 but after that I am unable to find him or Anna whom he married.

I can`t find any more information like Nels and Anna-Kreeta`s marriage.
How can I search their children ?

I am unable to tell you that as I cannot find any of them in the 1930 census. I did give you Nels children from his first marriage.

Can you find more information about Anna-Kreeta maby this marriage was her second too.
Anna-Kreeta Kokko was born 15 Aug 1882,used pass number 1901 on the Arcturus to sail to Minneapolis,Minnesota on 27 Apr 1901.
Her parents was John Kokko and Eriika Hovi.
Please let me know !
