My name is Noe Madera Lugo. I was born in Guayanilla but my family is all from Penuelas. My mother's name is Rosa L. Lugo and her father was Eusebio Lugo, married to Herminia Vargas. I am sure we are related in one way or another.

Somebody was looking for the Lugo family from Peñuelas. I am part of them and as far as I know we are the only ones in all Peñuelas. There are some Lugo's in Ponce that we are not related to, as far as I am concerned. If you are trying to find them you should look into that.

I am interested in the information on the Lugo connection to Ramirez.
My grandmother's God-Father was Navidad LUGO and she was baptized in Ponce,PR... my great-grandmother was Aracelia RAMIREZ de BORRERO
I also understand that Navidad's wife was from Cuba if that helps any. Do you know of any of these names?
