I am trying to find out information regarding a Birth Certificate for myself from Madrid Spain. What I am looking for is a document stating the time of birth as well as the date of birth and location.

My father's name was Robert Reed Miller USAF station at Torrejon de Ardoz, Madrid Spain and mother's name was Purificacion Magaz Couto born in Madrid Spain. According to US records my birth was on the Air Force Base at Torrejon de Ardoz. I would like to receive a copy of my birth certificate from the local government in Madrid. Can any please help me with this request. Thank you.

When was your father stationed at Torrejon AB? I was stationed there from 1979 to 1981.
