Hi I am trying to find information on my Haywood line.

I am looking for marriage information on Henry Haywood and Winnaford Stubblefield. Their first child was born in 1827. Winnaford was born about 1799 (maybe Grainger County) and Henry was born in 1801 (maybe Hawkins County).

Henry was on 1830 Hawkins County Census. William Haywood, the person we believe was his father was also on that census. We have a deed for William Haywood for land near the Holston River and Poor Valley Creek dated 1817 and a tax record for William Haywood dated 1794 in Hawkins County also shows up.

No other information available. If you run across any related records, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

Thank you

Jack Haywood

Hi, what a generous offer.
I would like to see if you could find anything on ANY
Winter/s, or ANY Smeathers/Smethers/Smithers/Smothers, with or without the s on the end

My 4x grandfather William along with probably a couple brothers James, John, Jacob all had some land deeds at this time so they must be around somewhere.
Also William got md abt 1788 to Mary Winters, they had 4 kids all born between 1788-1795 so hopefully they might be around somewhere. kids-Mary, John Jr, Archibald, Betsy.
Anything you can come up with is appreciated.
As for Winters some names would be Moses, Caleb, Aaron.

Could you look up Pierce/Pearce family? My John Pierce/Pearce was born in 1722 in North Carolina, as he has said on all the census, but he was in Tennessee all his life. I would like to know his parents and were they originated from. John was settled in the Campbell County, Tennessee area prior to his death. Brenda Pierce Adamson

I am looking for census information on Joseph and Hester Felts. They arrived in TN from NC sometime prior to 1810 but I'm not sure exactly when. I do know they settled in the Pleasant View area for a short time. If you have any records showing them, I'd appreciate the information.

Thanx,
Jana
