Am not involved with this project, but looking at it I assume these records are taken from the WPA listing of marriage records compiled in the late 1930's. The WPA ran out of money and disbanded before they completed the project and so only 86 of the 92 counties were included. Those for Sullivan county included in the Family History Library which is the basis for this listing included those from 1830 to 1850 only. May be wrong but don't think so. Good luck. Don

TRUE PERHAPS, MINE WERE IN SPENCER CO. VANDERBURGH CO. AND PIKE CO. I GUESS THEY DIDN'T GET THEM ALL, APPRECIATE YOUR IN PUT HOWEVER.

The index only includes four Counties as of now, which is why I did not post the above link in the general Indiana board, I only posted it in message boards for the four included Counties.

The database contains marriage records for Vanderburgh county from 1818 to 1846 and for Pike county from 1817 to 1843. Don

I went back and took another look at the site and found that if you search by couty, and not by anyones name, it will take you to a listing of marriages in that county. They seem to be in no particular sequence but for Sullivan county alone there were 188 pages of marriages not limited to the time frame that I originally gave you. Good luck. Don
