I am researching the John H. McKay family and I was hoping to find an obituary or information about his past. John died July 30, 1930 in Sanders, Montana. He worked for the railroad and was married to Ann McGowen who died March 9, 1929. They had four children-Annie, John Francis, Janet, and Ella. John Francis was involved in politics as well as working for the railroad and several newspapers. Any info would be much appreciated! Becky

I just received copies from your book Whispers from the past. John H. and Ann had another daughter, Janet. She was the third child and born in 1887 in Iowa. John F.'s youngest child is Gene (Eugene Victor). He is still alive and like his father, loves to tell stories! Becky
