Has anyone from the UK obtained a copy of an SS-5?

I would like a copy of my grandfathers SS-5 but the web site you order it from only gives you the option of sending it to a US address.
Is there a way of getting one sent to the UK?
I have seen the letter template that you can send but will they accept it as the cheque would be in GBP's. Would they need additional money to cover the cost of the postage?

I am just wondering if you have managed to obtain the SS-5 you wanted.

I would like to obtain the SS-5 for my great aunt but like you I am based in UK. I am not sure whether to post the sample letter with the US$29 fee and see what happens?
