Records of martyrs / those killed and families exhiled?

My family history has a mention that an unnamed "great aunt" was martyred for her [Presbyterian] faith in Scotland, and immediately afterwards the family was "exhiled" to Ulster (County Tyrone, most likely, as later family members are born there). The time frame for this is approximately during the time of the Covenanters (latter half of 1600's). I do not know that my family were bona-fide Covenanters, only that they were Presbyterians in the locality of the Scottish Covenanters and were sent to Ulster. Knowing the nature of this family line, if they were Covenanters I would not be surprised, but would be more surprised if they weren't. That a woman in this line was killed for her faith would also not be surprising to me.

I'm interested in finding records, if any, of those killed or otherwise martyred for their Covenanter or Presbyterian faith. Does such a list exist (of course I know no list could possibly be 100% comprehensive)? Is there a list of Covenanter or Presbyterian families who were forced to Ulster?

I don't know if there is one single, comprehensive list of Covenanter martyrs and emigrants, but "A Cloud of Witnesses For the Royal Prerogatives of Jesus Christ: or, The Last Speeches and Testimonies of Those Who Suffered For the Truth in Scotland in the Years 1681-1688," lists by name some of the martyrs and those who were banished. The 1714 edition reprint with notes by John Henderson Thomsom may be downloaded for free from Google Books.
