Looking for info on Thomas McKune born 26 Jan 1791. in PA..married to Sarah Black born 18 April 1791...in Ohio.
They had 10 children...I am connected through their son Aaron, his son Orlando, His son Clyde, his son Floyd, then me.

I now have more info on this family: John W. McKune was the son of Joseph McKune and Anna Gillet, who were md. in Orange or Ulster(Sullivan) Co. in about 1788. (his first wife was Esther Many) They had a least 8 children and were living at Mamakating, Ulster/Sullivan Co. from 1790 to 1812, when they moved to Harmony, Susquehanna Co., PA. Anna died in 1825 and Joseph remarried to Phebe Winters. They had one daughter, Julie Ann McKune. Joseph died in 1850 and is buried near Oakland, Susquehanna Co.
John W. McKune married Frances Stewart, daughter of Josiah Stewart (son of Capt. Lazarus Stewart and Martha Espy) and Mercy Chapman. I am seeking info on Mercy Chapman
(parents, dates, etc.)or any info on this family. I have extensive info on the Stewart and Espy families.

Seems we have a connection. I emailed you earlier and didn't realize you decended from Aaron also. Orlando had a sister, your aunt, Florence. She is my grandmother. I did not know Orlando had any children. I'd be happy to correspond and exchange information. Like I said, I'm new and can fill in some blanks you may have regarding Florence.

Randy, I do not have a Thommas and Sarah Mckune in my database. So this must be a different family.
