I am looking for information about these two areas of Fermanagh/Cavan. My grandmother's (Mary Cate Reilly) birth record indicates she was born in "Drumrush" and that her father (John Reilly) came from there whilst her mother, Mary Gilleece, came from Aughyoule. I have recently heard on another list--unfortunately, it was an old thread--that it is actually Drumroosk that is close to Aughyoule.
I will be going over to Ireland this summer to do more poking around. My last trip yielded little results in Belturbet, where the family ultimately ended up. So I am hoping to visit these other two areas but, before I do, it would be lovely if I knew where I was heading :)

Drumroosk and Aughyoule are reasonably close to each other'Drumroosk is in Kinawley parish in County Fermanagh Aughyoule is now in Teemore Parish I think but it used to be in Kinawley parish.Reilly would be a name you would find inAughyoule .Try Kinawley or derrylin/Teemore parish records.My mother was Gilleece from Kinawley parish.

Thanks for your reply! I had a genealogist do some research on my family. Although he couldn't definitely find my great grandmother, Mary Ellen Gilleece, he thought she came from a family in Aghyoule where the mother's name was Anne, father's name was James.
My great grandparents, Ellen and John Reilly, were married in Knockninny, Derrylin, Lisnaskea in 1882. The witnesses were John Brady and Kate Gilleece.
I'm planning to go over to Derrylin in early August to at least see the area where they lived.
