Pendleton state hospital/ directory for area

Does anyone have access to those who died at this hospital? Is there a cemetery?

Where would one go to find an address directory for the county for the years of 1920 to 1940?
Thank you for any assistance.
Carla

Annie and David Cowan are listed in the 1920 and 1930 census records. Annie is the ex-wife of my late Uncle, Walter A. Lowery. Uncle Walter died in Jamestown, N.D. in 1921 and was listed as divorced. Trying to get the date and place of their divorce. Any help appreciated

Laura - Thanks so much for the information. I was beginning to think it was hopeless. I really appreciate your help as this closes another branch of the family.
