The book is based on research of all Olivers during the time when Hugh and Margaret OLiver were trying to find the ancestors of Hugh's gggrandfathers family .They searched the early history of the United States researching census , deeds, etc looking for Olivers and trying to make a connection to Hughs family , it is 572 pages of Olivers .Census records from 1790-1850 , for Virginia, Tennessee, NO. Carolina, So. Carolina, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Georgia, Mississippi and Alabama ....
