I am looking for information about James PARMALEE born approx. 1762 in Durham, Middlesex, CT. He married Jerusha COE who was also born approx. 1762 in Durham, Middlesex, CT. They had at least one son David Rossiter PARMALEE born approx. 1794 in Durham. I have no exact dates for these events or thier wedding which I am guessing also took place in Durham. Any assistance on exact dates, either set of parents or any other children would be greatly appreciated.

I have no information on Harold Parmalee/Parmelee. My female ancestor from that line was born in 1810. Sorry I can not be of help.

I have a great deal of Parmelee data, but I don't have anything on Harold in data. However I did check Ancestry and I found Harold Iva Parmelee, b. 1914 in NY. It says that he married Bertha Ann Cooke who was b. in New Haven, CT, 1920. You might check with Jim Walters who use to publish the "Parmelee Newsletter" or Frank Parmelee. I don't remember their email address, but if you go to the Killingworth page on Middlesex County, USGenWeb site. Frank's email is there and he maybe able to help or tell you how to contact Jim Walters.

I sent this info to the newsletter but forgot that not everyone who posts to the Board subscribe to the newsletter. I've had good luck writing to Jim Walters about Parmley/Parmelee data. This is the link to his home page.
