I'm looking for some information on my maternal great grandmother whose maiden name was Angelic Mosbergen and her husband John Alcantara. I'd like to know who their parents were and any siblings. I know they lived in Seremban, Malaysia.

Try this website which is the only site that is searchable for Malaya and Singapore..
You just have to put in the names you are searching for in the searchbox and see what turns up..A lot for Mosbergen and some for Alcantra also.

Angelie Mary MOSBERGEN was born (about 1893) in Singapore. Her parents were Charles Henry MOSBERGEN, born in Sarawak. and Leonilda KOEK, born Singapore.

Angelie married (1913 in the church of St. Joseph, Singapore) John George ALCANTARA, clerk, born about 1887 in Malacca, son of Alonzo ALCANTARA and Martinha HENDRICKS

Angelic’s known siblings were:

Carolina MOSBERGEN, born 28 09 1898, Singapore, died 30 09 1898 in Singapore

Grace MOSBERGEN, born 06 09 1899 in Singapore.

Maude MOSBERGEN, born 19 12 1900 in Singapore.
