I am working with a friend on her family history and would like to know if the Grimes family is mentioned in the History of Boundary County books. John (1875 - 1944) and Anna (1891 - 1976) are buried in Grandview Cemetery. We'd appreciate any information you might have.

The Boundary County Historical Society, http://bonnersferrychamber.org/members/bc_historical_society... seems to be the source of county records. They may charge a fee to look up and copy pages. I know that any society appreciates a donation.

If they don't have the book, contact the www.boundary-idaho.com/library.htm . Ask them if they have the book and if they'll do a lookup and copy any pages.

You can also contact your local Library and ask for an inter-library loan of this book. They might not lend it out because it's a reference book but it doesn't hurt to ask.
