Are any of you aware of Native American blood within the Peter Haught I line? I've been told that there is, and I'm looking for names to make the connection. I'm a grand-daughter to Sarah Elizabeth, daughter of Martin.

I have also heard this down the lines but have been unable to to get a true confirmation. Grand-daughter of Okey, great grand-daughter to Eucebius.

My Great-Grandfather (Martin) and Great-Grandmother (Hannah) and others before them lived near Beatrice, West Virginia, at the Indian Creek community. If you would please share any information/stories/rumors you have about possible Native roots (locations, dates, Nation, etc.), my family and I would very much appreciate it.

I am the grand-daughter of Okey, my ggrandfather was Eucebius. All my life growing up I was told we were Shoshone. Then years ago I spoke to the daughter of Luther (Eucebius' brother), for the life of me I can't remember her name..... anyway, she told me Crowfoot/Blackfoot. I have never been able to confirm any of this, this is just what family members have told me. I know this doesn't help either one of us. I had been told that the Native American Ancestry came from Edith Drucilla Price, but I don't know that to be a fact either. These are just stories I have heard.
