Hello,

I'm wondering if there is any archive of the US Army where records are stored that document the "invasion" of German towns and cities during WWII. Any idea?

Kind regards,

Aron

Probably your best bet would be to research the town you're interested in for what units were involved in it's capture. You could then search for that unit's after action reports and morning reports and the unit histories. If you find a unit you can also see if there is an online unit history. Here's a couple links for locations to start your search.
