It appears this is your first posting on a genealogical research board. It is SO very important to provide enough information on the persons you seek to make the research easier. Their date of birth is ALWAYS recommended. If you don't have that, identify when they may have lived, where they were born, parents, siblings, etc. In this case, when were they possibly in Tacoma? Basically, are we looking for someone that lived here in 2005, or 1885, or somewhere in between. Were these people father and sons, brothers, cousins? Could they have lived here and be recorded as being here in the US Census (1900, 1910, 1920, 1930 or earlier?). Were they married? Passing through? Do you know where they died? If in this Tacoma area, it is possible to find them. Have you already checked the US Census, or
Washington State Death Index or other Ancestry.com or local database systems?
It is possible to find one or more of them in a City Directory, a listing of persons that lived in a populated area. But, if they only stayed a year or so, they might not be listed. If they owned property, they may have been.
