I am an Imsicke, and my family is from the Cincinnati(Hamilton County) part of Ohio. Obviously by the last name, my family is clearly of German heritage! I believe that my grandfather Elmer's great-grandfather or great-great-grandfather was the first to come to the U.S. from Germany. My grandfather Elmer's father's name was Joseph Anthony Imsicke and his father was also named Joseph Imsicke. You may look at my family tree for more information. My late mother-in-law was Rose Agnes(Imsicke)Crowe, She had two sisters Virginia and Lillian. Her brother was Elmer Imsicke.
Do you have a gedcom file on Imsicke?

Yes, that was my grandpa's sister. My parents were at her funeral, she passed before I was born. I don't know the status of Virginia(Ginny) or Lilian(Lil). My grandfather, Elmer passed away in 1992.
