I dont know where to start, this is all I know; where to turn first??
Have great grandpa's last name, he was born in Romania, his parents in Germany, his year of marriage, 1887. He died in 1900. (No first name, no boat papers, no marriage certificate, doesnt appear on census, no death certificate)
My great grandma: Her parents born in Germany, she in England 1864, I know her first and maiden and married last name. She came her in 1872, no boat documents, no marriage certificate, no death certificate)
I have searched every possible online resource but what now??
Any help would be appreciated
(Both great grandparents were Asknenazi Jews)

I wasnt looking for specific info, which is why I didnt post names. Looking for general information, like "call city hall" that type of thing. But I will redo the post if you think it will help

His parents born in Germany
He was born in Romania
They spoke Yiddish
Dont know his first name, last name is Newman (I have also looked under Neuman, Neumann)
Married Sarah Coine (my great grandmother) in 1887 (I assume in Mound City, Pulaski County, Il)
Grandpa Newman died around 1900 per the 1900th census, which looks like the only factual one (although there could be mistakes)
Thats all I know about Grandpa Newman.
My great grandmother is Sarah Coine, born in England 1864, immigrated to US in 1872. Her parents born in Germany. I assume that since grandpa spoke yiddish that she did too, meaning they were all Ashkenazi Jews.
From 1900 I have no info except of a few kids that she had; and remember their names from my direct grandparents speaking of them.
There are no death cerficates, marriage certificates -- nothing -- I have tried every online source available -- not sure if there is an Org out here in California that I should call or Illinois since that is where they lived.

Have you located your GGrandmother's ship manifest? COINE does not sound very Jewish... nor can I find any such person arriving 1872 +/- 2 years However I do find 2 girls arriving from England... that may fit your GGM they are both Sara COHEN (which is a typical Jewish name) Or maybe Coen, etc..

The 1900 census was the 12th US Census not the 1900th census, they have been done every 10years since 1790.

Have you found Sarah or her family in any online records? How do you know his parents were born in Germany?
How do you know they spoke Yiddish?

If they married in 1887 that would mean that Essie, Rose and 2 other children were from another marriage???? Note the census says she has borne 7 or 8 children and that 7 are still living.

If GG Unk. NEWMAN was born in Romania there is a good chance he was from what was then Transylvania Hungary.

I would not expect "online sources" to typically have certificates.... that is very rare!

You may want to contact local gen societies, courthouses, libraries etc..

Have not found Sarah's ship papers. Coine was probably Cohen or Cohn. I have also seen the Cohen ship papers.
The census states her fam was born in Germany; know from my relatives that Sarah spoke Yiddish, census states that Mr Newman spoke Yiddish only.
Found out from my mom that 1/2 the kids went on to practice the faith while others changed to the Christian faith. Yes, the 1900 and 1910 census are the same. Essie is Esther, Belle is Isabelle, Rose is my great grandmother, my moms side.
I am visiting a G society this week.
