My dad was born in Nadesch, Romania to Susana and Zosim DUMITRU but unfortunately I don't know anything about my grandparents' own relatives. If anybody knows this family pls. e-mail me.

I saw this whilst researching Nadesch. My father's side is German and they lived for decades in Nadesch. They still own a house their although they relocated back to Germany in 1979. They still have many friends there. I will ask my Aunt if they know this family. I am going to Nadesch in May to check out the house for possible purchase.

While researching on Ancestry.com I discovered that my grandfather (Emil Dumitru) from Mercer Pa. now deceased was a son of a Zosim Dumitru from "Tarnava Mica in Roumania, Nadesul Sasesc." Emil Dumitru was born in 1893 and died in 1989. Might this Zosim Dumitru be part of the same family or was Zosim Dumitru a common name in Romania like Smith or Jones is in the United States.
