Hi. Still looking for info. on the Windal family. William Windal died in 1782-83 in Kent Co. His son, William, married at least twice ... last to Ann Young. I know from tax records the Windals were in Kent Co. as early as 1778 ... perhaps earlier. I'm trying to find from where the Windals came. If anyone else is researching the Windal family, I'd enjoy hearing from you. Any info. anyone has uncovered would be appreciated.

Was William Windal (the younger) also married to Mary Laws?

I'm not sure to whom which 'younger' William you are referring. William died in 1783. His son, William, married Mary Laws and then Ann Young. I know there was an Elizabeth Catlin that married a William Windal but I'm not sure it was this one. One of this William's sons, William, married Mary Snow in 1847. I don't know if she died or divorced him but he ended up marrying Ellen Tucker. So only one William married Mary Laws to my knowledge.
