I found Samuel Filson is listed in the SAR Patriot Index on www.rsar.org with the following info:
Filson, Samuel 1757 1831 SAR Patriot Index Edition III (CD: PP2210, Progeny Publ., 2002) plus data to 2004 SAR appl
The last name was also sometimes spelled Philson.
