Information that you have states Port of Entry
On the original passenger manifest, the port of entry is recorded as Buffalo, NY.
Where do you get the connection to St. Albans Vermont?

St. Albans is one of many Border Crossings. Persons crossing from Canada to USA.

The St. Albans records were a gathering of all border crossings for a certain time period no matter where the crossing occured.

Thanks for the links, Stella.

When doing a search, the Ancestry page that lists all the possible matches shows St Albans as the port of entry. Buffalo shows only on the original document.
