I have a copy of the book and can do a look-up for you. I'm not sure if there are copies available anymore. I also know some libraries carry it (for example the University of Alberta, Edmonton).

I too am very interested in this book as I think it contains some information which is key to my research into a branch of my ancestors (Damen). I am looking for this book above. My family Osmond emigrated to Canada in the early 1900's and they are featured a lot in the book.
