Seeking information on Delmar and Margaret York

I am looking for information on my second cousin, Delmar York and his family. I know that they lived in Ketchikan from the 40's to the 70's, relocating to Oregon. Delmar married a woman named Margaret, who had two children named Jerry and Tom. They ran a cafe in Ketchikan during this time. I would like to find information specifically on Margaret. I do not know her maiden name or previous married name, nor do I know the marriage date for her and Delmar. Hoping someone can help, or perhaps remembers them. Thanks for any help!!

Hi Carman,

In the 60's I worked at a 24 hr. restaurant in downtown Ketchikan named "Bob & Jerry's" - I believe their last names were Blair - do you suppose Margaret's last name may have been Blair? Or is this just coincidence? I think Bob &/or Jerry moved to Petersburg about 1970/75.

Betty

Delmar York married my great grandmother Margaret Catherine Strobel (born in 1908). They had a daughter, Patricia. From the stories I've been told, they owned a cafe/restaurant called the Delmar in Ketchikan. We have pictures of it.

Margaret was married to Thomas Raymond Curtis prior to marrying Del. She had two children: Thomas Curtis Jr and my grandmother, Margaret Geraldine Curtis.
