Grandfather emigrated from Odeska in early 1900's to New York. First name possibly Meyer. About 12 years when he emigrated. Interested in any possible connections.

My great, great grandfather was named Yechiel Paster, he was born in Russia we think near Odessa.
His son (the only one we know the name) Joseph Paster was married to Zipora Paster and they immigrated to Givat Adda, Israel in 1913 (we know that some other members immigrated to Argentina). Joseph Paster had 9 children (Eliezer, Yishayho, Shara,Yitzchak, Nachom, Shoshana, Moshe, Tova and Revka --5 boys, 4 girls) one of them my grandfather Eliezer Paster who was the eldest was born in Russia and died around 1972 when he was about 70 years old.
My mother (Carmia) is one of his daughters. There is still Pasters living in Benyamina and Tel Aviv, Israel (my uncles).
