With 50+ years experience in Ford County research, I think I can confidently say that there is no Rickman Cemetery in the county.
There is a family named Rickman buried at Concord Cemetery in Concord township, immediately north of Wilburn township. With 300+ burials and less than ten of them Rickman's, it would hardly qualify to be called the Rickman cemetery, but perhaps these are the people you seek.
