I am searching for you!!! wesley and melissa cordell are the children of mary ann cordell who was in a accident when she was 16yrs old and was in a coma for over a year. these children were taken from the family and never heard from again. your mother is still alive and the family have been looking for you since. wesley was born june 17 1977 in oklahoma city, melissa was born december 17 1979. wesley was red headed. Were the kids taken by "authorities" or by another family member?

My understanding was first took from a family member who then turned them over to DHS. They were never heard from again. I have a few pics of them I know the boy was red headed maybe now would be a strawberry blonde. They have not tried to contact us which leaves me to believe that they probally were told their mother did not survive.

Unfortunately no she can't she has a guardian which is my aunt and when my aunt went years ago she had to fill out some paper work and never heard anything back she has since made several calls but nothing. A case worker informed her of what had happen years ago when DHS had lost several children in the system and to this day there are many unkown whereabouts in the U.S. This is sad but It sad to say but does happen all the time still in some cases. I have recently found an old picture of her son in a family members house who should of not had it anyhow on the back of the photo it said it was took in california of wesley wayne cordell, now he has no buisness being in california so i dont know why this photo had that but it is something im checking into. My grandma is the lady that got wesley and melissa and before the adoption was finalized DHS came and took them away because my grandma was going through a divorce my grandma never wanted them to go to DHS but they took them and we have been searching every since.
