We're searching for long-lost James H Holcomb, Aug 1923-Feb 16 1986. We know now that he is buried in a Plattsmouth cemetery. Next step: Cass County Clerk... but do Cass County funeral directors also keep burial records? Grateful for any info,regardless.

You have posted your query to the Cass County, Missouri, board.
Plattsmouth is in Cass County, Nebraska, I believe.
I am not familiar with Plattsmouth, MO.

Pleasant Ridge Cemetery
Plattsmouth, Cass County, Nebraska, USA
Oddly enough, there is also a Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Cass County, Missouri. My great-grandparents are buried there.
Sorry I can't help with the obit.

Haha... many many thanks for kindly pointing out my misdirected post! Sorry.... please ignore this my request. BTW, a kind volunteer in NE found the obit and sent us a scan. Also, I already had his tombstone photo from FindAGrave... I'm a volunteer "gravefinder/photographer"for this part of NE AZ.
