Staffordshire and the 1911 censu

Is it just me but is Staffordshire the poor ugly sister of geneology? Still no sign of a searchable 1911 census for the county, not even a partial one. The trend continues.

True and I've been using those sites but to view the images costs extra money, whereas I've already paid a subscription on Ancestry and funds are limited. Since the collection was released on Ancestry I've been using various sites to search and then manually find using the 1911 summary books.

My main tree is on Ancestry and it is frustrating that I can't integrate the 1911 fully. No problems searching and linking in with the existing 1911 counties.

My concern is that Staffordshire isn't even on the list (haven't checked which other counties are missing too), but it just seems to add to the lack of support or attention Staffordshire gets in general. When most collection are added, Staffordshire is near enough last to be added. This is not pointing fingers at Ancestry just geneology in general.

Maybe most of the countries research live in in Middlesex and Warwickshire, a demographic thing.;)
