According to the census Goldie(which is her real name) came to Assibinoia, Saskatchewan Canada in 1903. It seems her father Emiel Klatt came earlier with her mother and her Emil was possibly born in Manitoba. I cannot find Goldie's mother's name in any records and would like more information about Goldie's mother and any other ancestrial lineage.

Emil + mother Klatt, is there no Shipmanifest or where they from ? what say the error in the census ? Goldie is very unusual for German first name. no child of them have the mothers name or a birthplace ?

I cannot find a ship manifest. It does say in the census that her and her siblings (Pauline and William) came to Canada in 1903 and became citizens in 1907. Her brother Emil was most likely born in Canada and therefore I believe her mother died in Canada. The census seems to say Manitoba but I can find no birth records in Manitoba of Emil Klatt or any Klatt born in 1902. Emiel Klatt came to Canada in 1901 and it is possible that Emil and the other three siblings do not have the same mother. It does say on the census that he is widowed.
