I am looking for my deceased father's family. He died in 1973, two and a half years after I was born. He died in San Diego county

Darlene, I live in California and found a framed baptism record for Alvin Wallace in a thrift store, that came from an estate sale. Didn't note the year, it was for a Methodist church. Was he in miitary school or the service? There were family photos w/ one of a young man in uniform and holding a bugle. Sharon

Thank you Sharon! Alvin, my father, was in the military. He also lived in San Diego for awhile. I don't know a whole lot about him because my mother doesn't know much. I would love to see a copy of the baptism or photos if you could scan them and send them to my email.

No, he isn't my father. My father died in San Diego either in 1972 or 1973. Thank you for your effort.

I have tried to talk the store owner into giving me the records. They want $15, and I don't know why anyone but a family member would want them. I'll keep trying. Sharon

My father was born in Oklahoma and died in San Diego. I also know that he was estranged from his wife at the time. My mother and he were never married. I think that at some point I may need to hire someone to research this for me. I just don't know that I can do that anytime soon.

Darlene, There are 14 telephone listings for Darryl Wallace. Many are in California with address as well as telephone number. Do you have them already? I have found many relatives this way. Contact me if you need them. Sharon

I would love to have that list! I tried calling a couple of Darryl Wallace's a couple of years ago, but I didn't get anywhere. I would like to try it again. Do you know if there is a way that I can find out how many children he may have? What I do know about him is the following:
