I found a David Glass' will in the Barren Co. Will Book 4 1856-1884. It was written 7 Feb. 1866 & produced 28 July 1866. He only names wife, Easter F. Glass & daughters, Mary Sherley (sic) & Margaret Glass. But mentions heirs, so I would assume other children. I don't have any Glass' in my family, but I thought this might help.

I am working on my grandparents' surnames. I have gotten back to Clayborn GLASS, b June 14, 1849 who married Sarah Jane EUDY about 1873. I have his father as David, b in Virginia or Kentucky. I know Clayborn lived in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, but don't know about his parents. Can anyone tell me more about him?

My great-grandfather Alfred Cull TAYLOR, b June 24, 1859, lived in Metcalfe County, Kentucky, with his wife Martha Susan COMPTON. I don't know where he was born or anything about his family. Does anyone have any information?
