My gr-gr-great grandmother Sarah Tromblay had a brother named Benjamin born in Detroit. Her parents were Benoit Tremble and Theresa Pominville. Could we be cousins?

The Benjamin I have was born 2/4/1847 and married Josephine Keller. Of the 8 brothers and sisters he had none named Sarah.

Thanks for responding to my query. In searching my tree, I found that we are related through Louis Michael, your Benjamin's grandfather, so we are related but way out on the tip of the limb.

My name is Cathleen. My gr gr grandmother was Adalaide Trombley or Trombly. I do not know much about her other than she too was born in Wayne Mi and married John Corby, who was also born in Grosspointe Wayne County Mi, in 1832. The Corby and Trombly families owned farms next to each other in a place that used be called Conners Creek in Detroit. I would really appreciate any information I can get on John Corby and Adalaide Trombly. Thank You, Cathleen

Does anyone out there have a Roy Tromblay in their records? He is still alive but elderly. He married Marilyn Garner Broshears and adopted her three children. Roy lives in south Florida now.
