As the "final content launch" (
Wales, Isle of Man,
Channel Islands, ...) is not likely to be until much later this year, you are not going to see the 1911 census on "other providers" sites, such as Ancestry, until well into 2010!
Ancestry have little say in the matter as brightsolid/findmypast have that "exclusive" contract.
