Looking for Father and Mother of the following: George Harder db 13 Aug. 1855, Carrie Harder db 31 July 1857, Henry Harder db 21 Jan. 1860 dd 1860, William H. Harder db 9 July 1861, Alice Harder db l June 1864, James Harder db 21 Mar. 1867, and Myron Harder db 11 Dec 1869. Would love to put a name to the head of this family. They lived in upstate New York. My father Samuel Smith Harder was the son of William H. Harder. Thanks for any help. Elaine

If you have a fax, I can send you a worksheet page that my aunt used while tracing down our Harder person. Quite a few Catharine's. (Yes, spelled that way), so chances are yours is realteed. John, Michaelb, benjamin, Henry, Joseph, Hiram. William, George. All listed from census records. There was a William H Harder who died in 1863 from Diptheria, and then another Wiliam JR who married a Sophia Smith of Meredith. He then died at age 40 in 1875. Email me if you need this paperwork.
